1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ideovee.com (the “Site”), operated by Ideovee Business Solutions LLC (“Ideovee”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. These Terms are not a services agreement

The Site is provided for general information about Ideovee and its services. Nothing on the Site, and nothing in these Terms, creates a client relationship, an engagement, a professional services agreement or any obligation on either party to enter into one.

Any engagement of Ideovee is governed solely by a separate written agreement between Ideovee and the client. Where these Terms and such an agreement conflict, the written agreement governs.

3. Information, not advice

Content on the Site — including articles, insights, service descriptions, methodology descriptions and downloadable material — is provided for general information only. It is not business, financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances.

You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything on the Site without obtaining advice appropriate to your own situation. Any results, outcomes or figures described are illustrative of past work and are not a prediction or guarantee of results for anyone else.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, page layouts, methodology descriptions and the selection and arrangement of all of it — are owned by Ideovee or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

BetterProspecting™ is a trademark of Ideovee Business Solutions LLC. The Ideovee name and logo are our trademarks. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence or right to use them.

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt or create derivative works from the Site or its contents without our prior written permission.

5. What you send us

If you submit an enquiry, question, comment, suggestion or other material through the Site (“Submission”), the following applies:

  • You confirm the Submission is yours to send, is accurate so far as you know, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights or breach any obligation of confidence you owe to a third party.
  • Do not send confidential information through the contact form. The form is a first point of contact, not a secure channel. If you need to share something confidential, tell us and we will agree an appropriate way to receive it.
  • We may use Submissions to respond to you and to improve the Site and our services. We will handle any personal information in your Submission in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We are not obliged to keep any Submission confidential unless we have separately agreed to in writing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system;
  • introduce any virus, malware or other harmful code;
  • use any automated system to access, scrape or copy the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications; or
  • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.

7. Links to other sites

The Site links to sites we do not control, including betterprospecting.biz, ideoveepublishing.com, third-party booking tools, video platforms and retailers. Those links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any site we do not operate, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any linked site is subject to that site’s own terms and policies.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and its content current, but we do not guarantee either. The Site may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time without notice, and content may become out of date. We may add, alter, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideovee and its members, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideovee and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Ideovee Business Solutions LLC is organised, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
