The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Business has the meaning under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), referring to the Company as the legal entity that collects Consumers’ personal information and determines the purposes and means of the processing of Consumers’ personal information.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) means Ideovee Business Solutions LLC, with the address set out in the “Contact Us” section below.
- Consumer has the meaning under the CCPA, referring to a natural person who is a California resident.
- Cookies are small files that are placed on a browser by a computer, mobile device or any other device through a website, containing browsing history details among other things.
- Data Controller has the meaning under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other applicable data protection laws, referring to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
- Data Processor has the meaning under the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, referring to a legal person which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller.
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cellphone or smartphone, or a digital tablet.
- Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a concept promoted by US regulatory authorities, in particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, for the internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism allowing internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites.
- Personal Data means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to, directly or indirectly, a particular individual, consumer, data subject or household, and is defined as “personally identifiable information,” “personal information,” “personal data” or a similar term under applicable data protection law.
- Sale has the meaning under the CCPA, referring to selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring or otherwise communicating a Consumer’s personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- Service refers to our Website and any location operated by Us that posts a link to this Privacy Policy.
- Service Provider means any legal person which processes Personal Data on behalf of and for the benefit of the Company.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service. You may be referred to as the data subject, Consumer or user.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain information, which may include Personal Data. Information collected through our contact form includes:

Other Parties

Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how visitors reach and use the Website. Google Analytics collects Usage Data as described above and sets its own cookies. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with the information you submit through the contact form.
We do not run advertising on the Website, and we do not use the Website to build advertising audiences or to deliver interest-based advertising.
Retention of Your Information
The Company will retain Your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen security or improve the functionality of Our Service, or where We are legally obliged to retain it for longer.
Transfer of Your Information
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices in the United States, and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your information may therefore be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction, where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.

Children
The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, “COPPA”) from children. We do not knowingly “sell,” as that term is defined under the CCPA, the personal information of minors under 16 years old who are California residents.
Your Rights and Choices
Tracking technology choices
- Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to decline or delete cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your Device, you will need to instruct each browser separately.
- Do Not Track. Your browser settings may allow you to transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. There is no industry consensus as to what site operators should do with these signals. Accordingly, unless and until the law is interpreted to require us to do so, we do not monitor or take action in respect of “Do Not Track” signals.

Google provides a tool that allows you to opt out of the use of information collected by Google Analytics, at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email, or by emailing us at the address in the “Contact Us” section with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Please note that you cannot opt out of non-promotional emails, such as those about a transaction, our services, or an ongoing business relationship.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are material we may also let You know by email or by a prominent notice on Our Service. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Additional Disclosures for Nevada Residents
Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) requires each business to establish a designated request address where Nevada consumers may submit requests directing the business not to sell certain kinds of personal information that the business has collected or will collect about the consumer. A sale under Nevada law is the exchange of personal information for monetary consideration by the business to a third party for the third party to license or sell the personal information to other third parties. Additional Disclosures for Data Subjects in Europe
Data protection laws in Europe distinguish between organisations that process personal data for their own purposes (“controllers”) and organisations that process personal data on behalf of other organisations (“processors”). The Company acts as a controller with respect to personal data collected as you interact with our Website and emails.
Legal basis for processing personal data under the GDPR

Your rights under the CCPA
The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. If You are a resident of California, You have:
- The right to know certain details about our data practices in the past twelve months, including the categories of personal information We collected about You, the categories of sources, our business purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties with whom We share it, and the specific pieces of personal information We collected about You.
- The right to delete Your Personal Data, subject to certain exceptions.

Non-discrimination

Authorised agent
You can designate an authorised agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so, and will verify your identity directly.
California’s Shine the Light law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once a year about the sharing of their Personal Data with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, you can contact us using the contact information above. We may require additional information to verify your identity, and are only required to respond once during any calendar year.
California privacy rights for minor users
California Business and Professions Code section 22581 allows California residents under the age of 18 who are registered users of online sites, services or applications to request and obtain removal of content or information they have publicly posted. To request removal of such data, and if You are a California resident, You can contact Us using the contact information above. Be aware that Your request does not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of content or information posted online, and that the law may not permit or require removal in certain circumstances.
